Thus, 3 site inspections in the month of April were conducted to assess the tourist sites for development and/or usage: the Pagtulian Falls in Barangay Bukal, the St. Margarette Church and Function Hall in Barangay Libasan, and the Santa Ana Dam in Barangay Libasan as well.

To get to the Pagtulian Falls, a 15-minute (or 1 kilometer) trek from Bukal Barangay Hall was taken by the team with Kagawad Inday Inalim. The journey is an uphill climb following a rocky path along Matagdungan River; the waterfall is estimated to be 20 meters in height.

On one hand, a site inspection was conducted in St. Margarette Chapel and Function Hall, in Barangay Libasan with Municipal Engineer, Thelma Gisma; Municipal Tourism Officer, Leah M. Calamba; and Human Resource and Management Officer, Reynita Villan.

The place is quite serene and remote, perfect for retreat activities and the likes. The function hall can be rented for an economy price of 1,500.00/day which can accommodate up to 50 individuals. Inclusive amenities of the hall are the 12 double deck beds, 2 comfort rooms, water, and electricity.

Sta. Ana Dam is a manmade lake that offers serenely picturesque view, with mountains and greeneries surrounding it.
