The project is worth over 1.5 million, and is powered by solar panels that is functional and readily available for the use of residents from Purok 3.
Purok 3 Barangay Magsaysay is chosen due to the dire need of its people and the generosity of one of its residents who donated and shared the water source.
The purok is one of the four beneficiaries of the Potable Water System Project, where a total of 6 million pesos is funded for its accomplishment; 4.5 million from the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and 1.5 million from the Local Government Unit of Nabunturan.
